OwnerOver the last 7 years Zack has been accumulating training experience and education. He earned a Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Education degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota. During his schooling he found time to work as an intern and then an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Macalester College where he worked with over 15 different sports. He also served as intern for the University of Minnesota Strength and Conditioning Program where he worked with all Division I sports except for football. He also became a Level 1 Sport Performance Coach through the USAW. Zack opened Endgame Fitness in October 2011 with the mission of training athletes to improve sport performance by bridging the gap between actual strength and conditioning practices and what is known of exercise science from a researchers perspective. It is this blend of experience and education that make Zack a unique and highly qualified sport performance coach.
Sport Performance Coach
Daryl earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Human Performance from Iowa State University. During his time there, he worked as an intern with the Iowa State University Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning Program where he worked with over 10 sports. He also worked as an intern with the Iowa State University Football Strength and Condition Program. Daryl then worked as a graduate assistant with the Winona State University Strength and Conditioning Program where he worked with 8 sports. Daryl is currently a certified Sports Conditioning Specialist.
